A mixed berry smoothie bowl makes a great start to your morning or as a healthy, filling snack.
1 baby cos lettuce (omit the very small white leaves in the centre)
¼ medium avocado
½ cup almond milk
½ a long cucumber
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 ½ tbsp vegan protein powder (Isowhey Brown Rice & Pea)
Optional: 1-2 tsp sweetener – maple syrup, honey, vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Isowhey Beetroot Powder
1 tsp Isowhey Sacha Inchi Powder
Isowhey Superfood Sprinkle to decorate
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
